Shipping

If you are ordering specific pieces, I will ship priority mail with USPS within 3 days of payment. If you are ordering signature marbles, I usually have a constant average of 2 weeks of private orders so please allow 2 to 3 weeks for me to get to your order and ship. I get to orders in the order they are paid for and no one cuts in line. I will notify you when I ship out and otherwise feel free to Contact me anytime with any questions or concerns.

Returns

I guarantee all of my work to be of first quality and to your satisfaction. I will replace any piece if ANY manufacturing defects and/or flaws are found at no charge to you. I will replace any piece, offer a full refund, or credit you toward a future purchase if you are unsatisfied with your item upon receipt- please contact me within ten days and I will be happy to help you out.
